Too bad the girls are fat and spoiled as hell.
On certain portions of the PB/MB beach on 3-day weekends it was a mini-Mardi Gras before the booze ban super fun super friendly people. It’s 2010 I’ve lived at the beach since ‘97 and I can count on one hand how many fights I saw never a problem. Now the beach is ultra-dull ‘family friendly’. Fact is divorce is an epidemic in U.S. half those families will be singles/ divorced statistics point that out. BTW I don’t drink but I miss the color and characters on 3-day weekends.
As a 63 year old native of San Diego who surfed from OB to La Jolla Shores regularly, I can tell you the beach communities are not what they used to be 40 years ago. Things look older and dirtier and much more crowded. I’m glad they banned booze on the beach. I live in Ramona now and don’t get to the beach very often. I went down to Newport Street in Ocean Beach the other day. They’ve done a good job preserving the old buildings. “The Black” head shop from 1969 is still there!

It was 4th of July!! That spot is normally a low-key locals only type of beach. I’m guessing by your ignorance that you’ve never even been to San Diego. Oh, and FYI that beach is off of Riviera St. on Mission Bay: A MAN-MADE bay. LMAO @ you.
Overcrowded, full of illegal immigrants wanting to get a piece of America, and sexploitation. Just goes to show that we as humans ruin everything good… Its true. People see a nice place, they overcrowd it and RUIN it. Ive seen it so many times.
